State and National Licensed Medical Massage Therapist in several modalities, a Lymphatic Decompression Therapist (CDT), MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), offering Pre-and Post-Surgery Drainage, and Long Covid Drainage Massage, Certified Personal Trainer since 2008 and BreathWork Coach.
