Choose your fitness level and style of yoga, and invite the guests (Up to 8 people) and we do the rest. Need a special date not on the schedule? Class Options: Space Yoga (Yoga in Swings) Restorative (Yoga with Props) Rock-N-Roll Yoga Flow (Yoga that Moves You) (Customized Playlist Included) Reset and Reflexology (Gentle Practice with Reflexology) Somatic Stress Release Or Design Your Own for Your Own Class Yoga Therapy Classes also available with groups committing to 4 or more sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Must notify us 24 hours prior to private appointment to reschedule. No returns for missed classes. All sales are final.
